Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (pawsy, owner: Emre & Nefise, email: nefisemre066@outlook.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments, including delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return costs
The customer bears the costs of return.

Exclusion of revocation
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:
- Supply of goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Delivery of custom-made products according to customer specifications.
