General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 1 KSchG) via the online shop of pawsy, owner: Emre & Nefise.
Deviating terms and conditions will not be accepted unless pawsy expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as pawsy confirms the order by email or delivers the goods.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately.
Payment is made at the customer’s discretion using the payment methods offered in the online shop.

4. Delivery
Delivery takes place within Austria and, if applicable, other countries listed in the shop. Delivery times are specified during the ordering process.
If an item is not available, the customer will be informed immediately.

5. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of pawsy until full payment has been made.

6. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights under Austrian law apply.

7. Liability
pawsy is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damage to life, body or health.
For slight negligence, pawsy is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, but the amount is limited to the foreseeable damage.

8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal (see withdrawal policy).

9. Final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is the consumer’s place of residence or the registered office of pawsy, unless mandatory legal provisions conflict with this.
